El alcance y la magnitud de su cocina era tan fuerte que comprendió una importancia trascendente y reconocida para todo el planeta. Dinastía tras dinastía aprendieron a potenciar sabores gracias a la grasa de los animales y especias, aumentaron los cultivos intensivos, centralizaron las cosechas, etc.

Prácticamente en todas las ciudades europeas podemos encontrar restaurantes especializados en cocina oriental y si hablamos del territorio español, la gastronomía china es una de las más buscadas por los comensales por lo que se pueden encontrar incluso los llamados “barrios chinos”.
Sin embargo, se dice que en España no comemos la auténtica comida china y esto es normal ya que hay algunos ingredientes o especias que son difíciles de conseguir fuera del territorio chino o que experimentan alguna variación.
