El arroz es uno de los platos más típicos de la cocina mediterránea y asiática por sus ricos valores nutricionales y la gran combinación que se puede hacer para elaborar distintos tipos de recetas. Y es que queda delicioso con cualquier acompañamiento que lo combines; ya sean verduras, hortalizas, carnes, pescados o mariscos. Muchos consideran que es muy difícil preparar arroz para que quede de manera perfecto.
Es un cereal con una elevada fuente de energía que proporciona al cuerpo humano grandes beneficios. Su elevada cantidad en carbohidratos hace que la actividad de nuestro metabolismo aumente gracias a los minerales, vitaminas y componentes orgánicos que nos aporta.

Lo primero que haremos será limpiar el arroz con agua ambiente varias veces hasta que su color se haya aclarado un poco, luego lo dejaremos a remojo con agua limpia durante 30 minutos.
Para cocinarlo pondremos una cazuela en el fuego con aceite de canola, cuando se caliente freiremos el arroz hasta que quede ligeramente dorado. Una vez hecho esto, vertemos el agua, el ajo, la cebolla, la zanahoria, la sal y la col mezclándolo todo.
Cuando esté hirviendo, reduciremos el fuego y taparemos la olla dejándolo entre 16 y 18 minutos, lo retiraremos del fuego y dejaremos que repose 3 minutos.
Para terminar añadimos los guisantes, el huevo duro y un poco de salsa de soja.
Lo primero que debemos hacer es limpiar el arroz, con agua ambiente, luego lo pondremos a hervir en una cacerola con la tapa puesta. Cuando empiece a hervir calculamos seis minutos y bajamos el fuego, dejamos cocinar otros seis minutos y apagamos los fogones.
Lo dejamos reposar durante treinta minutos y cuando esté frío lo separamos con las manos para que quede despegado y haga el efecto del arroz tres delicias.
Hervimos las zanahorias durante 10 minutos, hacemos una tortilla con los huevos y la troceamos igual que el jamón cocido. Una vez esté todo listo, lo mezclamos todo con el arroz y los guisantes y lo pasamos por la sartén un par de vueltas con salsa de soja al gusto.
